I had a very pleasant experience with GR travels. Selection of hotels were good only house boat experience could have been more better. 24/7 assistance during our entire trip need to mention Ifra for her continuous support from the start of booking and Wajaheed for his 24/7 support through out ur vacation. Last but not the least our driver ( Aadil ) he is not our driver but Brother who was very supportive through our entire journey. We miss you Aadil bhai... Looking forward to meet you again soon. We had a wonderful trip to Jammu and Kashmir thanks to GR Travel - Handcrafted Vacations. I would like to especially thank Mr. Wajahat our tour operator and Mr. Adil our assigned driver who have been very supportive and helpful throughout the trip. I will recommend GR travel for Kashmir trip. Mehnaz initially helped with finalizing the details for 7N 8 day trip and gave us several information to finalize the each day activity and hotels. She accommodated all our suggestions and adviced us well to plan the trip. Wajahat was our daily trip cordinator and he was in regular touch with us to remind us of our daily itinerary and advise us on local sight seeing details. He was very helpful in providing all local details and help us with any issues during the trip. He was just a phone call away and very helpful throughout the trip. I can never forget our wonderful companion during our trip; Mr Tanveer : our Innova driver. He was like a friend and tour guide throught out the trip and he had in depth knowledge of local conditions, routes, eatery and shops for authentic Kashmiri emporiums, Kesar, dry fruits and sweets. I booked a 7 days Kashmir tour through GR travels, Srinagar. The online interactions with Ms Afreen was very good and she promptly met all my requirements. Once I arrived in Srinagar, Mr Wajahat our virtual tour guide interacted with me on a daily basis. All arrangements like driver, car, hotels etc was very good. Our driver Mr Farooq was very cooperative and careful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with GR Travels
